At Spiked Wellness, we transcend the conventional idea of a fitness studio. We're a vibrant community of empowerment where diversity, innovation, and individual contributions are the core of our brand ethos.

To book a Spiked Wellness class, you must create an account and purchase credit for a single class, a class package, or a monthly membership. All classes can be booked online, in the studio, or give us a call (347)405-9000.

If a class is full, you can choose to be added to our waitlist. If you get a spot, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If you get a spot within 12 hours of the scheduled class, we will call you to confirm.

When you purchase a monthly membership from Spiked Wellness, you agree to our terms and conditions in full. Monthly members are required to keep a valid credit card on file.
By purchasing a monthly membership, the cardholder and account holder permits the Spiked Wellness staff to charge the card every 30-days for their membership fee and any in-studio purchases made by the client unless the client provides an alternate form of payment.
Monthly membership is only available with auto-renewal. If your credit card declines, you have a three-day grace period to make a payment before we freeze your account.
Monthly memberships are non-transferable.
Monthly members can bring one guest per month.
Monthly members must cancel at least 6 hours before their scheduled class to avoid a penalty.
Penalty Fees are automatically applied to the card on file for no-shows or cancellations outside the 6-hour window.

When you buy class credits or packages, you fully agree to our terms and conditions. Clients may elect to keep a credit card on file using their Spiked Wellness account. By placing a card on file, the cardholder and account holder permits Spiked Wellness staff to charge the card for any in-studio purchases made by the client unless the client provides an alternate form of payment.

We value accountability! If you book a class, be sure you can show up. As a courtesy to our team, we cannot accommodate same-day cancellations or class switches. If you need to cancel your class, please do it 12 hours before your scheduled class, 6 hours prior if you are a Spiked Wellness Member.
You can cancel online, in the studio, or call us at (347)405-9000. If you late cancel or are a no show, you will forfeit the class and be charged.
Penalty Fees are automatically applied to the card on file for no-show or cancellation outside the respective window.

We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to let our specialists know you are a new rider so we can introduce you to our studio and assist you.
All clients must check in with our specialist at the front desk upon entering the studio.
If you have any questions about your reservation, a specialist will be able to assist you.

If you are running late, please call the studio and tell us you are on the way. Our specialists will hold your bike for up to 5 minutes after class begins.
As a courtesy to your instructor and fellow riders, you will not be allowed in class if you arrive more than 5 minutes after class begins.

If you plan to leave early, please let your instructor know before class starts.

Classes, class packages, merchandise, and event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on retail items. All sales are final sales.

All Spiked Wellness class credits have a limited usage window:
First-time credits expire 14 days from the date of purchase.
Single class credit expires 14 days from the date of purchase.
5-Class Pack credits expire 45 days from the date of purchase.
10-Class Pack credits expire 90 days from the date of purchase.
All package credits are non-transferable.
If you cancel your class within the cancellation window the credit expiration date does not change. Credit expiration dates expire from the date of purchase.
If credits expire without use you must purchase new credits. We will not provide credit extensions for expired credits.
